Our camping and recreational project involved planning, organizing, and executing activities related to camping and outdoor recreation. The project is multifaceted, encompassing various aspects that contribute to a successful and enjoyable outdoor experience.

The project's initial phase was to define the scope, objectives, and goals, further, we were developing the infrastructure including campgrounds, picnic areas, trails, restrooms, a swimming pool, a spa area, and others.

We have managed the project from the land purchase (agricultural land at first) up to finalizing the licensing and final infrastructure. Management of the procurement and project's finances, including budgeting for initial setup, ongoing maintenance, and funding sources, was also included in our scope of work.
